Medium DIY Spray Foam Kit

Spray Foam Kit - Medium Size 430 litres

This kit can be supplied in both 'quick cure' and 'slow rise'. Choose quick cure for areas that you can see to spray and control the depth of foam applied. Choose slow rise for molds, voids, cavities etc, as this type will not cure before filling and expanding into these sorts of areas.

The kit is disposable and will produce approximately 430 litres of expanded foam. This is sufficient to cover approximately 17 m² at a depth of 25 mm, please see table below. This size of kit is aimed at small to medium DIY spray foam insulation projects such as vehicles, small roofs and wall and ceiling insulation.

The kit comprises 2 foam cylinders in a portable box, a 2.9 m hose, a spray gun, 10 nozzles, latex gloves and a spanner to connect the spray gun to the tanks. Replacement foam tanks can be ordered and the spray gun can be reused with a new nozzle.

Use the table below as a guide to the coverage the kit can yield. For the 'maximum' the spray foam kit can yield the temperature of the foam and substrate must be between 20 and 30 degrees C at the time of spraying.
