Large Spray Foam Kit 1400 litres

This kit will produce over 1400 litres of expanded high density, closed cell foam with a fire rating B2, resists ignition of the foam. The kit comes with 10 nozzle heads (in case you leave foam to cure within the nozzle head you can exchange for a new one), a professional spray gun and 4.6 metres of hose to reach the typically highest points within a loft space with hose to spare. The kit is sufficient to cover 56 M2 square metres of foam at a depth of 25mm or circa 30 M2 at a depth of 50 mm. Actual coverage will depend on the skill of the sprayer, ambient temperature and the temperature of the chemicals with optimum temperature circa 20 to 25 degrees C. Use this kit for larger DIY areas such as insulation for roofs against tiles, felt timber, walls and floors.
Choose 'quick cure' for areas you can see to spray and therefore control where the foam goes. A good choice if you are spraying directly onto tiles or slates or timber framing before plaster boarding.

Choose 'slow rise' for areas that you cannot see where the foam gets to, usually when you are filling voids and cavities. The slow rise means that the curing takes longer but the foam will spread out further into a void and won't push as it cures.
